To shape, to be useful - Vormen, voor 't gebruik
It takes some time to shape an idea. At the moment I have done about half a project on YWAM locations. But while I had a simple idea of using a picture with the name of a location and a link to a website, I changed it and added a facebook page. That meant I had to go back and add more information to the pages I had already done.
Anyway this is a good process. Ideas need to take shape and sometimes the best way to do that is to move forward and put it into practice. Right now I am really glad with the way things go. It does take more time now, but I am more happy with the result. I really hope that this will be a useful tool for any of our visitors of the YWAM Knowledge Base to find the information they search for. Or to get connected with the right people.
By the way, the countries in these regions are done: Pacific - North America - Central America - Caribbean - South America
't Neemt wat tijd in beslag om een idee vorm te geven. Op dit moment ben ik voor de helft klaar met het project over JMEO locaties. Maar terwijl ik een simpel idee had om een plaatje met de naam van de locatie en een link naar de desbetreffende website te combineren, heb ik 't weer veranderd en een link bijgevoegd voor facebook paginas. Wat dus betekende dat ik weer helemaal terug moest om nog meer informatie erbij te doen.
Hoe dan ook, het is een goed proces. Ideeën moeten zich vormen en soms is het het beste om vooruit te gaan en het in de praktijk te brengen. Op dit moment ben ik tevreden over hoe het gaat. 't Neemt nu wel meer tijd in beslag, maar de resultaten zijn beter. Ik hoop echt dat dit ook echt bruikbaar wordt voor de bezoekers van de JMEO Knowledge Base, om juist die informatie te vinden die ze zoeken. Of om de connectie te vinden met de juiste mensen.
En oh ja, de landen in deze regios zijn klaar: Oceanië - Noord Amerika - Centraal Amerika - Caraïben - Zuid Amerika
